Training of trainers for youth workers on tackling hate in youth settings

NYCI has been working with a team of five youth leaders in a very exciting transnational project. This team are now national trainers on tackling and transforming hate speech and prejudice that occurs within youth work settings.

The Intercultural and Equality Programme delivers a range of trainings

All of these courses are available on request country wide
Our courses cover issues on equality, diversity and interculturalism. They are designed to support youth workers to bring a more equal and inclusive focus to their youth work. They are developed to be practical, challenging and to help youth workers overcome any fears or barriers that may be present. 
The training workshops target volunteers or staff of youth work organisations and others that work with young people in out of school settings.
