This two-day course is designed to explore the theory and methodologies required to address interculturalism an ind inclusion in a youth work setting. On day one the course follows the structure of the ‘Intercultural Awareness and Cultural Competency’ training day. On the second day participants will develop practical skills to engage with young people and volunteers in a culturally diverse setting, as well as planning and delivering their own session on Interculturalism and inclusion.
Minimum 14 and maximum 20
€800 for non members and €400 for NYCI members. Organisationsn requesting the training are asked to provide a venue, teas, coffees and lunches.
